Founded and managed a small local business; providing exceptional results to nearly 400 clients for more than a decade.

Successfully developed Brand’s story, mission, vision, values and objectives. Established local high-ranking web presence and marketing strategy & content.

Identified competition and leveraged Brand’s unique niche; developing the most profitable business lines with the least competition.

Responsibly managed company financials and utilized network of expert advisors within Accounting, Banking, Marketing and Business Development.

Spent 10+ years of full-time employment at The Ohio State University. Selected for Leadership Development Program, supported organizational restructuring process, served as content expert, developed programs, web and print training materials and managed events with 10 to 500+ participants.

Within the Fisher College of Business, provided Career Coaching to hundreds of MBA students seeking high level positions within the US and globally. Topics included resume development, networking, interviewing & negotiation skills, and cross-cultural best practices.

Selected regularly to present workshops, presentations and orientation sessions regarding areas of expertise within the OSU inter-office setting, as well as at State, Regional and National professional conferences.

Spent my college years (and beyond) traveling internationally; expanding my appreciation for the diversity of thought and customs in this amazing world.

Highlights have included 2 months in rural India, wandering the streets of St. Petersburg, Russia for a few weeks and multi-day camping treks in the German/Austrian Alps - culminating in an hours-long mountain face traverse at 9000 feet.

Pursued International Studies program for 1 year at the University of Hamburg, Germany; reaching language fluency and cross-cultural integration.

Completed BA program at The Ohio State University.

Volunteered hundreds of hours with visiting international students, asylees and refugees on topics covering non-native English skills, US cultural practices and navigating the challenges in establishing a new life in a foreign land.

Immersed myself in Photography; selling Fine Art prints through local exhibitions, providing project-based Product Photography & Portraiture while enjoying the art of seeing.

Created a Photographer’s Assistant business; working with professional photographers on local and national publication projects.

I realized early on that some things only come through hard work.

Ran a neighborhood lawn service from about 12-17 years old.

Consistently chosen as Team Captain for a premier Soccer club and represented my State for 2 years; also being chosen to an international tournament roster.

1 of 2 Ohio Soccer players selected for 12 State Regional tournament which fed the US Men’s Olympic Soccer Development Program; received a Collegiate Soccer scholarship offer.

Barely 19, survived an “unsurvivable” auto accident, which led to a total re-evaluation of the purpose of my life. I don’t believe I would be who I am today, had I not chosen the path of reflection, re-direction and personal growth.
